In modern conditions organizational design and improvement of the organization of management represent the most important element of the investment and innovative design which realization is directed on ensuring effective transition to innovative to the focused business model of development of the enterprise, realization which will allow to create conditions of formation of strategic competitive advantage upon transition of global economic system to economy of knowledge. The solution of a problem of design of the organization of management of manufacturing enterprise in the conditions of transition to economy of knowledge lies in the sphere of improvement of existing processes of the organization of management taking into account need of increase of efficiency of management of the human, information and organizational capital, making rod competences of development of business in the conditions of economy of knowledge and transition to it. The specified circumstances confirm timeliness and an urgency of the presented research of development of processes of the organization of management at manufacturing enterprise in the conditions of transition to economy of knowledge.
