The methods of obtaining of new C 60 -fullerene derivatives with nitroxide radicals has been developed. The distribution of new fullerene derivatives in the organism of animals by EPR method has been investigated. For the first time triphosphonate derivative of bis-methanofullerenes were obtained. The structure of new triphosphonate fullerene derivatives is confirmed by spectral methods.
