The suggested method of formation and development of key competencies to increase the investment attractiveness of the industrial real estate business allows us to construct a mechanism for creating and implementing a strategy of market management of industrial real estate in the region, as a whole, on the basis of constant adjustment of the direction of its innovative development based on certain dynamic capabilities.
