Abstract (English):
Technique for quantitative analysis of concentration Sn(II) in aqueous solution was developed by method of X-ray fluorescence with multiple internal reflection and using MnCl 2 · 4H 2O, CdI 2 for standardization of signal Sn(II). With concentration Sn(II) lower than 10 -3M, it is necessary to use in quality of internal standard MnCl 24H 2O because of absence of interference on analytical signal and absence of impurity Sn(II) in original reagent MnCl 24H 2O.
