This article provides basic information about biofuels: what it is, which countries is that the raw material for production. Also examined the factors limiting the use of new fuel technologies and disadvantages of its receipt, the problems faced by the countries in the production and use of biofuels, to predict the most likely direction in which the market will develop in the world of motor biofuels and described in detail and argued for the possibility of Russia biodiesel by recycling ethanol oxygenated components.
