The retrospective analysis of main routes of researches and the technologies connected with research of plane micro-crystals of silver(I) halides AgHal and technology of their synthesis. Specificity of a chemical sensitisation of plane micro-crystals and its communication with a spectral sensitisation has been considered, too.
