Abstract (English):
Shows the results of the authors ' research of the phenomenon of transformation of the elites in post-Soviet Russia. Conclusions are made about the fact that on the speed and extent of such a social actor as the elite, will largely depend on what will be the social organisation of society as a whole. Under the business-elite in the material is understood as a relatively closed social group, occupying high positions in the system of social hierarchy, consisting predominantly of the owners.
