Abstract (English):
In the article identified and analyzed the benefits of public-private partnerships that contribute to the establishment and development in the country and the regions of innovative business. These advantages consist in possibility of joint financing, assistance and interest the states in development of innovations, and also the accelerated development of innovative infrastructure, thanks to which there is possible a transfer of technologies.
