Abstract (English):
The strategic objective of development of small business in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Area is in activization of economy restructuring in connection with оil, gas and chemistry enterprise construction that provides transition to innovative technologies, production of new products, smoothing of an economic environment, support of the competition and granting additional workplaces. Experience of Tatarstan and Germany is considered.
