Abstract (English):
The receptor properties of macrocyclic compounds – pyrimidinopfanes, their acyclic counterparts and some pyrimidine derivatives towards alkali, alkaline earth and transition metal ions were investigated by liquid extraction method. It was shown that compounds with thiocytosine fragments reveal the highest efficiency of binding of Ag +. Pyrimidinophanes and their acyclic analogues form 1:1 complexes with Ag +. It was established that the binding of silver ions occurs due to the participation of the sulfur atoms of these compounds.
