Abstract (English):
In the article talk about need of creation and support of the innovative structures created on the terms of state-private partnership in the form of science and technology parks and technopolises. On an example of the PP P project « The Technopolis « Himgrad » realized in the Republic of Tatarstan are analysed the conditions promoting increase of innovative activity of small and medium business, and also possibility and efficiency of a transfer of technologies within such structures.
