Abstract (English):
Among the most important aspects in developments of PJSC”NIIturbocompressor n.a.V.B.Shnepp” are the projects, related to the recovery of casing-head oil gas and to the improvement of situation in the areas oil and gas production. Location of compressor plants within compressor stations in far-distant and northern conditions, supply of compressor plants in container version complete with all the life-supporting systems are new and most prospective trends in compressor engineering. One of the facilities for solving the problem of oil gas recovery is Kharyaginskoye oil field of OOO“LUKOIL-Komi”. Compressor station based on 6 ГЦ 2-260/2-38 ГТУ УХЛ 1 turbocompressor unit driven by gas turbine engine has been chosen for the above purpose. Turbocompressor unit comprises an automated unit in block-container version including a centrifugal two-sectional compressor with ГТД -6,3 РМ gas-turbine drive. At present time all the process equipment has been manufactured, shop tested and dispatched to OOO”LUKOIL-Komi”. Installation and commissioning work under supervision of the project developers, testing of compressor stations an their breaking-in are scheduled for 2012.
