Abstract (English):
The application of modern information technologies in distance education will most fully implement modern education requirements: flexibility of the organizational forms, individualization of the maintenance of formation, intensification of the process of learning and sharing of information. Organization of the counselling of students in the form of a web-conference will give an opportunity to the students of all courses and levels of graphic preparation to participate in the design and engineering developments of the specialized departments.
