Predictive model was developed on the base of incremental and semi-empirical methods for regulation of dielectric permittivity and defining of it thermo-physical properties (glass transition temperature, thermal expansion coefficients) of polystyrene, obtained by RAFT-polymerization (type “addition-fragmentation”) in 2,2'-azo-bis-isobutironitrile’s (as initiator) and dibenzyltrithiocarbonate’s (as RAFT-agent) presence. Model’s adequacy was showed by comparison of theoretical and experimental values of considered polystyrene’s properties. With the use of the model was made numerical experiment by estimation of dielectric permittivity and influencing on it thermo-physical properties of polystyrene in the network of polymerization conditions.
