Abstract (English):
We give the understanding of carcinogenesis as a long-term multi-step process of accumulation of genetic damage in the cell. At the heart of carcinogenesis is damaged and/or modification of the DNA. Carcinogens, which are an initial link of tumor growth and cause the tumor cells are produced - these are the factors of chemical, physical and biological nature that can cause malignant transformation. Knowledge of the same mechanism of carcinogenesis allows you to build the principles of prevention and therapy of tumors.
