Abstract (English):
New wasteless technologies suppose using more modern equipment, which allows effectively to carry out the processes of fine dust collection and absorption or contact condenser. The using of traditional column packed or popper equipment hampered by low efficiency and performance countercurrent interaction phases. The using of devices vortex which include high contact speeds and separation of phases allows to recommend them for conducting of complex processes. The article examines constructive design of device vortex the sphere of their using and represents experimental researches on definition of energy of this device for carrying out of complex processes dust collection and absorption or contact condenser.
