Methods for determining the relative viscosity, moisture content and density of the mazut have been analyzed and presented. Using these methods there was obtained test results and the experimental dependence of the relative viscosity on temperature for mazut M100. A comparison of the obtained values with the standard has been shown. Authors propose a way to deal with high water content.
