Abstract (English):
The examination (certification) of the chiefs and the specialists of dangerous objects is carried out only regarding theoretical knowledge of numerous rules and standards (more than 300 for dangerous chemist-technological objects) according to requirements of active regulatory legal acts, that often leads to dogmatic learning and insufficient correlation of requirements of rules with realization of the given rules in particular technological process and its instrumentation. The two-stage examination system is offered for minimization of the element of the formalism and increase of level of industrial safety of dangerous objects, developed by the author and active from 2008 until the present time in public corporation “Kazanorgsintez”.
