The article is devoted to the methodological problems of the regional innovative potential analysis. The article deals with the increase of competitiveness of regional commodity producers and put emphasis on the concrete tools of regional innovation indicators estimation. Special attention is paid to the structural analysis of dynamics of indicators by types of the economic activities, corresponding to an industrial profile of Republic Tatarstan.
