Abstract (English):
It was studied the influence of alcohols and carboxylic acids on the transition state structure and the activation energy of non-enzymatic peptide bond hydrolysis by density functional density. It was revealed that hydroxyl-containing compounds decrease the energy barrier of the reaction along with pK decreasing.
