Shows the adsorption of T - 2 mycotoxin inactivated yeast. Found that inactivated yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae - 11 are the most effective adsorption T - 2 mycotoxin that allows their use as a mycotoxin adsorbent as a feed additive for the prevention of mycotoxicosis shown that co-cultivation of the yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae - 11 and Issatchenkia orientalis - 96 can be used to intensify the growth of yeast and increase their output.
