Abstract (English):
In this scientific research work the technological characteristics of the polymer solutions (viscosity , electrical conductivity) and the parameters for the electrospinning of poly -3- hydroxybutyrate, modified by titanium dioxide nanoparticles were optimized . An improvement of physical and mechanical properties and resistance of materials to photo-oxidation was obtained . The structure of the materials was studied by X-ray diffraction, DSC, IR spectroscopy and mechanical analysis. The resulting fibrous materials will be widely used in medicine and filtering (scaffolds for growing cells, filters for physiological liquids and gas-air environments, sorbents)
