The structural characteristics of the compositions on the basis of poly(3-hydroxybutyrate) and chitosan, containing rifampicin, were investigated. The mechanism and kinetic peculiarities of the medicinal substances desorption from polymeric films were set. A generalized diagram of the process of a directed transport of medicinal substances was offered.
