Optimized culture medium and the parameters of periodic deep cultivation of the strain Salmonella dublin № 160, causing the accumulation of microbial cells in the culture medium. Developed a protective environment for drying Salmonella. The results of the studies were used in the development of production technology of dry live vaccine against Salmonella calves.
