Abstract (English):
These factors have been influencing on efficiency of work of the Russian development institutes of nanotechnology. A model of sustainable development and innovations, which allows to judge about the degree of influence of the factors, and recommendations are given the elimination of the “pain” points in the work of the development institutions of nanotechnology.
