Studied statistics in the section relating to the activities of the institutes of development in the field of nanotechnology in the context of each region of the Russian Federation. Manufactured factor analysis of the results, which-th found that significant impact on the entire subject of the totality of providing four factors. The interpretation of the values of each of the factors has allowed to give recommendations on increase of efficiency of activity of development institutions in nanotechnology.
