Natural rubber was the first and for a long time, the only rubber, which was used for obtaining of the pneumatic tires. Development of technologies for synthetic rubber and construction of plants for production allowed producing tires of synthetic rubber. Tire manufacturers have found for each type of wheels optimal ratio between natural and synthetic rubber in tires. Bus companies seek to integrate environmental innovation and develop new products.
