Methods of 1 Н and 13 С NMR spectra are investigated synthesized stabilizer of anionic polymerization of propylene oxide and aniline. Joint analysis of experimental data of NMR spectra allowed to make a defective structure forming poly hydroxypropylat ion of aniline. Revealed the existence of the tertiary nitrogen atom – СН 2 - СН ( СН 3 )- ОН asymmetric carbon atom.
