Abstract (English):
The article examines the formation and development of cluster formations in the petrochemical industry in the region . On the basis of the studied experience of forming elements of innovation infrastructure in the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as research opportunities and the background of the petrochemical cluster in the Nizhnekamsk municipal area , the author proposed a method for evaluating the effectiveness of clustering. Identified the missing elements of the infrastructure necessary for the successful functioning of the cluster in the region.
