Abstract (English):
The development of the economic system of the state at various levels depends on the realization of the competitive advantages of the industrial complex, first of all of its raw-materials sector. In addition to raw material resources, the competitive advantages include the level of skills of the labor force, the volume of accumulated main production funds, funds of processing equipment and other. The use of these advantages is constrained by the lack of the development of financial and organizational infrastructures, the lack of a developed system of state support of exports, the difficulty of adapting to the conditions of mass production, the low efficiency of production and the extremely high output the majority of sectors of industry.
