Abstract (English):
Article identified and analyzed the role of small businesses in the socio-economic aspect of Tatarstan, the interaction of small and large businesses, forms of interaction of small and large businesses. During the state of small business in Tatarstan has identified high dynamics of the key indicators in the chemical and petrochemical industries. Small oil companies and small businesses in general play a large role in the economy of Tatarstan and Russia, as petrochemical industry is one of the most developed areas in Russia, and not always the big oil giants may specialize in mining.
