Abstract (English):
The author proves the methodical approach to building a model of assessing the effectiveness of government support for innovative projects based on the impact of innovation active clusters measurement on the country's economy and a predisposition to the development of innovation cluster core, which improves the efficiency and the thrust of the measures of state support of innovative development of the regional economy.
