Abstract (English):
The article presents the technology of the V-bevel, output of a gap shape and calculations and analysis of the thrust bearings with fixed pads, shaped with a bevel, parallel to the radial interpad channel. The analysis is performed, taking into account the interpad channels in a thermoflexible hydrodynamic setting with periodic thermal limit conditions at the inlet of the lubricating layer. Temperature strains of the supporting pads surfaces and thermal condition of the thrust plate are considered. Characteristics of two forms of the gap of the thrust bearings with fixed pads are compared: with a helical surface of the V-bevel and with a bevel parallel to the interpad channel .
