In this paper, based on experimental studies revealed an anomalous behavior of the condensed phase in the phase transition during combustion in the presence of an electrostatic field. This behavior is to change the mode of the liquid and the thermal decomposition of rubber. Liquid phase transition in these conditions, at a certain field strength, follows the law of explosive boiling, and the decay of rubber has a strong dispersing. Changing the laws of evaporation and degradation dramatically increases the rate of burning. For liquid alkanes authors describe the mechanism of this phenomenon, based on the consideration of the thermal state of the phase-in and the account of the subsurface pondermotornyh forces stimulating the growth of embryos vaporization. It is shown that the anomalous dispersion occurs only in polymers that are separated in space oppositely charged region inside the flame.
