The use of analysis methods and potential defects (FMEA) allows the risk of disparities in the process of analysis of water samples, the streamline processing, the increase of the efficiency of the system management quality (SMQ) and to enhance the efficiency of the research laboratories. It was done the chart with rated method of Shewhart in diagram form, reflecting sulphate content in drinking water, according to which the values of the limits and warnings ( UCL ). The results are a statistical evaluation showed good overall quality of the tests in the laboratory, which meet the demands of regulatory requirements.
