Abstract (English):
Tendencies of development of modern engineering education are presented in article and its main problems are formulated. The concept of training engineering staff in the sphere of chemical technology at a research technological university is developed. Priorities in the university development, its innovative structure and implemented programs of interaction with partners are presented .
