Abstract (English):
In the last years Israel has become an innovative super country, which creates the newest technologies and provides economic prosperity in the world. The paper demonstrates that a small country with the population of a little more than 8 million people and the territory of around 1% of the Russian Federation can become one of the most rapidly developing countries in the world contributing greatly to the global fundamental and applied science.
