At present, the choice of the most efficient forms of business organization is one of the most Central and contradictory problems of strategy of activity of the companies in the conditions of strengthening the influence of globalization processes. The article describes the main aspects of functioning of the integrated structures in the economy under the influence of the globalization processes, the features of financial and investment activities of integrated business groups, the role of integrated business structure on the example of the TAIF Group of petrochemical complex of Tatarstan.
