Rheological characteristics of interphase films of the dehydrated and desalinated oil and various components of oil on the toluene-water phase interface are investigated. It is set as a result of researches, that pyrobitumens and paraffins form the most durable films with the high values of the modulus of elasticity, while resins very weak. At joint adsorption of pitches, pyrobitumens and paraffins the modulus of elasticity and strength properties of films increase, that was proved on the example of oil.
