The measuring channel consisting of а set of identical cells connected in series is described. Each cell, except of a sensor, includes an integrated microchip containing four operational amplifiers: two of them are used for processing an analog signal of sensor, two others are configured as Shmitt trigger and inverting repeater and form the bit of digital shift register providing series connection of cells to the common signal cable. When using microchips of average speed the maximal frequency of cell switching reaches 200 kHz that allows to investigate processes with characteristic times ranging from 100 ms.
