Abstract (English):
The concept "energy saving" bears double semantic loading in relation to a field of activity of the oil-extracting companies, meaning, on the one hand, actions for decrease in production expenses, and with another, - "economical production" in relation to got resources. It caused specifics of programs of increase of energy efficiency of the enterprises of oil-extracting branch which is opened within the analysis of the appropriate programs accepted to realization in JSC Tatneft in the last two decades.
