Abstract (English):
The high frequency capacitance discharge with a copper plate electrode immersed in boiling electrolyte is investigated. The electrolyte is a solution of NaCl in technical water. As the applied discharge voltage U is less than 1600 V the negative glow discharge propagates both on the electrolyte surface and copper plate. At U > 1600 V there occurs an intensive turbulent mixing of the discharge plasma and electrolyte forming sputters and jets of electrolyte.
