Abstract (English):
On the basis of the CALS-concept the system of environmental monitoring of chemical deicing materials on the main components of environment (snow cover and water objects, soil cover, green plantings, open air) was developed. For each environmental component the most important indicators of quality with the corresponding methods of their analysis and instrumentation were introduced into architecture of the system.
