Abstract (English):
Environmental management is a prerequisite for the creation of the noosphere are researched. Proposed common approaches to the organization (formation) of the environmental management at the metallurgical enterprises. Environmental management was seen as the appropriate factor of the existence of the metallurgical enterprise in the conditions of development of the noosphere. Asked to assess the level of effectiveness of environmental management with the help of a method of expert evaluation on its main functions: planning, organization, motivation, coordination and control of environmental activities.
