Abstract (English):
The research of stationary turbulent flow with heat supply and without it as well as comparison of integral parameters of turbulent boundary layer has been carried out. The conclusion about correctness of these parameters finding methods used in the work has been drawn. Basic proportions of number Re ** and parameter y have been obtained for modeling quasi-stationary state of flow. The value of random uncertainty (multiplicity factor) with respect to each of these parameters has been defined.
