The questions assess the impact of exports and imports of innovation. An assessment of the economic impact of the creation and commercialization of its own innovations in comparison with their borrowing by the example of the flow meter used in the practice of " Tatneft", whose leading positions have specific requirements for the new product quality . It is shown that the device developed by OOO " TatAvtomatizatsiya " on technology outperforms not only the German equivalent , but a number of domestic counterparts , while taking into account the cost of maintenance , calibration and repair of claims by 20.3 % lower, which is a testament to the need to develop their own innovative capacity of enterprises and scientific and technical sphere .
