In this paper the following combustion regularities of model propellants on the basis of diethyleneglycol dinitrate (DEGDN) with various proportion of nitrocellulose (12% N) – 60/40 and 35/65, are studied: dependence of pressure on combustion rate and their temperature distribution in combustion wave by the aid of micro-thermocouples. It is shown that similar to the combustion of propellants based on nitroglycerin that of propellants based on DEGDN also takes place according to the condense-phase leading reactions model, but differing from each other in combustion wave parameters.
