In this article the results of the ways to intensify the process denitration of waste acids in the conditions of production of cellulose nitrates. Determined that the ways of intensification of physical and chemical processes taking place in the column denitration correspond to the evolution of the development of the constructive design of the columns denitration. Has developed a new design of fluoroplastic columns denitration vortex-type, allowing to increase process efficiency and operational reliability.
