Abstract (English):
For determination of coefficients warm and массоотдачи in devices under various traffic conditions one - and two-phase environments is executed generalization of classical analogy. Properties of conservatism of laws of friction to various indignations are for this purpose used, and there is "an effective speed" which value allows to correct hydrodynamic analogy for various conditions of a flow of a surface. Examples of calculations of numbers Nusselta and Sherwood for channels with nozzle and granular layers, rough channels, bunches of pipes, the cooler and gas-lift pipes are shown. Comparison to results of other researchers is given.
