Presented are the results of experimental investigation of the DC electrical discharge with moving bubbles of air in electrolyte and HF discharge with a membrane electrode. It is established that discharges of various form (multi-channel and spatial) produce active components and cause coagulation of the electrolyte. The spectrum of the ring shaped multi-channel discharge inside a dielectric tube is obtained. It is observed that the NaCl line 5760 Å is the most intense. It is found that the concentration of negative ions Cl - in saturated solution of NaCl decrease by 20,8% during 500 s. The dependence of hydrogen peroxide production rate on the amplitude of the pulsed discharge voltage is presented.
